A majestic heritage property with lovely, vintage outfit. Room service is extremely good by a boy named Ujjwal whose behaviour is excellent. Rooms are enormous, airy but need maintenance at the same time. Would suggest if one wants to be in a time warp.

No light in hotel since 1 hours. No lift. It's all dark in hotel. No generator and no emergency lights. Location prime. British time hotel. Need to be upgraded. Old Style of cupboards,beds and washroom.

Very good hotel .. staff very friendly.. No ghostly presence felt... A vintage hotel in Darjeeling... they are renovating the hotel . Excellent location in Mall.. Quite a collection of paintings they have.. a treat for the connosieurs... Rooms are big.. we had a good experience.

Not a place to stay. I wouldn't even stay here for free. Damp and dusty rooms can lead to medical problems.

Horrible stay. Very dusty room and not suitable for stay. I am having medical issues after staying. Bathroom fittings are broken. Furnitures are having nails sticking out. Water was logging in the bathroom. Probably they accommodated us in the abundant rooms.
